Child and Adolescent Clinical Services

Families often encounter problems raising
children. Difficulties may occur due to a child’s inherent nature
and/or emotional disposition. Problems may involve situational
events and/or stressors. Other sources of difficulties might
involve social factors and peer pressure. Parents may have
difficulties due to differing parenting styles and/or lack of
parenting skills. Parents can have insufficient knowledge about
techniques for setting limits and structuring a child’s behavior.
Parents may lack knowledge of developmental stages and maturational
processes which impact a child’s behavior. Dr. Raymond provides
consultation and treatment to children and their families in
